Spencer Grammer (born and raised in California) is Kelsey's son. The actor was born and raised in Los Angeles California Spencer is the daughter of actor Kelsey Grammer. Helene Fischer, the daughter of Peter Fischer and Maria Fischer, was born as the second child in Krasnoyarsk (Russia) before the Soviet Union. Her father was a teacher of the subject of physical education, while her mom was a professor of engineering at an university. Her grandparents are Volga Germans who had been removed to Siberia during 1941, by Joseph Stalin. With her parents and older sister, aged six years old, she emigrated into West Germany from Wollstein Rhineland Palatinate in 1988. Helene attended Frankfurt Stage & Musical School where she studied singing, acting and dancing for three years. In this period, Helene appeared on stage in the Staatstheater Darmstadt as well as on stage of the Volkstheater Frankfurt. Florian Silbereisen is her partner since the beginning of May, 2008. Fischer got her wax figure in the month of October in the Berlin Madame Tussauds Museum.
